Ibec Academy doesn't say how long it takes or whether there is a certificate. We rate it beginner level; the provider doesn't say.
For Irish HR practitioners who want a day on AI in recruitment, learning and performance, with the employment-law angle covered by an Ibec solicitor. That legal input is what sets it apart from generic HR AI courses. The caveats: it's €515 (€485 for Ibec members), the next dates are 6 May and 7 October 2027, and the page still describes the AI Act as a draft, so check the content is current. For a self-paced option, see the IBM Generative AI for HR Professionals specialisation on Coursera.
One-day online course for HR managers, recruiters and trainers on using generative AI across HR: data-driven practice, recruitment and selection, personalised learning, performance management, wellbeing and engagement. Includes AI regulation from an employment law perspective, with an Ibec employment solicitor.
