Before you sign up

Suits new IT administrators who will manage Microsoft 365 and Copilot and want a fundamentals-level certification. Microsoft says no prior hands-on experience is needed, and the two self-paced learning paths are free. The main caveat is that it covers administering Microsoft's own tools only, the one-day instructor-led version shows no price, and the exam is separate. A free course on using Copilot day to day is Draft, Analyze, and Present with Microsoft Copilot (MS-4018).

What you'll learn

One-day Microsoft course for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals certification. It introduces Microsoft 365 services and admin controls, then how Copilot and agents automate tasks and support collaboration. Aimed at beginning IT pros and new administrators, instructor-led or as two free self-paced learning paths.
