Start with a course that explains how models learn from data, how they are tested and where they go wrong, before any maths or code. Several beginner courses below need no programming.
If you want to build models yourself, learn Python first, then a hands-on course or an Irish university micro-credential. An MSc is the route to a formal Level 9 qualification.
